This area is under heavy construction but the staff and rooms are nice. Parking was free, cookies and coffee at night etc. I would recommend a stay here.

wOW! Couldn't be better

My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets. Because it’s also an apartment complex, no room service BUT having the Red Cow restaurant attached and a small convenience store was awesome! Parking was a breeze with the attached garage. Plenty of spaces for hotel guests. Keyless entry via ‘door’ app was very convenient as well. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in town with a far less pleasing experience. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. My room was large and clean. It had a living area, as well as a cooking area with cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge (which I needed on this trip) and dishwasher. The bathroom space was broken up into the sink/closet area and then the "WC" (water closet) where the toilet and shower were. In other words, if you're with someone else and they're in the shower, you might have to wait to pee. The front desk staff were about 50/50 in terms of their knowledge and interest in their work. There's a little "market" area where you can get snacks, but it's not self serve, so if the front desk is busy it may take a while to check out your items.

We did not eat at the hotel or use the pool.
